A screen and webcam recorder that runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, there is no server, and no analytics - recordings are written straight to your disk.

The three modes

• Separate files - a clean screen recording plus a full-frame webcam recording. Two files, nothing baked in. Place the webcam in your editor.
• Combined - one finished file with your face already in it. Two ways of getting it there, below.
• Screen only - screen and narration, no camera.

Combined: how your face gets in

• Composite it in - drawn onto the video as a circle, rounded rectangle or square. Any shape, positioned from the preview. Adjustable while recording, but only while you can see this window.
• Pop-out only - no compositing. The floating camera window is physically on your screen, so the capture records it. Rectangular, but full quality and draggable the whole time.

What you share matters - and it flips

• Every mode except pop-out: share a single window so this app stays out of the shot.
• Pop-out mode is the opposite - it needs a whole screen. Share one window and the floating camera is not captured, so your face will be missing entirely.

Audio

• Separate files keep your voice in the webcam file and system audio in the screen file, so they stay separable.
• Single-file modes have one audio track, so voice and system audio are mixed permanently. Tick save my mic as its own file to keep a clean copy of your voice.

Keyboard

• Webcam overlay focused: arrows move it, + / - resize, hold Shift for bigger steps.
• Esc closes this dialog.

Requirements

• Chrome or Edge, served over https or from localhost.
• System audio capture needs Chrome 141+ on macOS 14.2+.
• Choosing a save folder streams to disk as you record - worth doing for anything longer than a few minutes.
